Who Attends the Digital Nonprofit?

Nonprofit leaders like YOU – Executive Directors, Managers, Directors, and teams who use technology to build programs, manage relationships, and grow your brand online.

What is the conference Code of Conduct?

The Digital Nonprofit is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers. Are you Going to Feed Me?

Yes! Your ticket includes:

  • Lunch from three food trucks
  • Drinks from two mobile coffee carts, plus tea and juice
  • Pastries from Cadeaux Bakery
  • Open bar at the post-event social (5:00 – 7:00 PM)

Vegan and vegetarian options will be available and food truck menus will be published before the event.

What is the refund policy?

Requests for refunds will be honored up to 7 days before the event. Eventbrite’s fee is not refundable.

Tickets are 100% transferable at any time.

Can I sponsor the conference?

Yes! We can craft a custom package to meet your goals. Email for information and review the starter sponsorship packages.

Can I volunteer for the conference?

We might volunteers for the conference. If you are interested in getting involved with the organizing team email

I can’t afford to attend. Are there conference scholarships?

We don’t have any scholarships available at this time, but please reach out to us at if costs are a barrier.

Is there internet access?

Yes. Free wifi is available via the City of Vancouver’s #Vanwifi service

May I tweet, blog or use other social media outlets before, during and after the conference to discuss topics covered?

We welcome your discussion of the event on social media, and any blogging or reporting on the conference. Use the hashtag #DNP2020 on Twitter.

Reminder: be respectful and kind in your communication and avoid sharing any confidential information.

What if I need special assistance?

If you require auxiliary aids or services, please email e-mail and we will try to accommodate your needs.

If you are attending with an aid, translator, or other dedicated assistant we will extend them a complimentary ticket.

Will the event be live streamed?

No. But selected recordings will be shared after the event via our youtube channel and podcast.

Will presenters share their slides?

Yes, presenters will share their slides with attendees after the event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
  • Walking: From Granville Street, head east five blocks down Davie.
  • Skytrain: The Yaletown – Roundhouse Canada Line Station is 200 metres from us.
  • Bus: Buses 6 & C23 stop within feet of the Roundhouse.
  • Driving: Underground pay parking is available, access off Drake (south of Pacific Blvd).

What is the dress code?

Business casual.

I live out of town, is there a special rate for delegates at a nearby hotel?

We don’t have a special deal arranged, but if you need recommendations for accommodations please contact us.
