It can be a CRM, communication tool, fundraising platform, some social media magic-sauce, automation or other clever web genius that helps you further your mission or cause or execute your work. We only ask that you can show the solution and say what and why you use it.

Free Consulting with The Community Corps

The Community Corps connects nonprofits and schools to free online help from skilled tech volunteers from top companies who can assist with technology related projects.

Volunteers can help with training on software like Excel and Salesforce to updating websites, or providing unbiased advice on a hardware or software purchase. To get started create your account and post a request for tech help.

BCCIC is seeking a volunteer curator to be responsible for the design and development of the monthly e-newsletter as well as the regular maintenance and monitoring of our social media content. This is a flexible position, with location and hours that can vary over time. Your time can be split between the BCCIC office and home, with regular contact by phone and email in-between.

The Changemaker Summer Potluck BBQ returns this July and Eli and Ajay need your help!
We are looking for committee members who want to help lead the following roles:

  • Wrangling the musicians and BBQ DJ
  • Facilitating games! Start the group in a game of frisbee or bocce ball.
  • Communications – drafting social media and email invitations to our communities. We have the lists, but we need a writer!

Peacetalk: Women’s Human Rights at Risk

This talk aims to uncover how women and girls around the world are disproportionately impacted by mega-projects and resource extraction. Too often, the economic development model adopted by government violates Indigenous land rights, threatens Indigenous cultures, and heightens the risk that Indigenous women and girls will experience violence.
